#PeerTube seems to support #ActivityPub for PT > PT federation and work has been done to get it federating with Mastodon and Friendica. As the Diaspora devs have pointed out, it doesn't makes much sense to ask 'does app X really support AP', because AP is loosely specified and extensible, and can be used a bunch of different ways. Also, because it's new. It will take a while for standardized AP extensions and standard ways of implementing the flexible bits of AP to emerge. As this happens, they will need to be documented somewhere so devs of apps that want to federate know where to find guidance on what to do.
