These are the plaintiffs: The lawyer for those affected, Philipp Kruse, is an avowed opponent of vaccination and Covid measures. He represented people who refused to wear masks or parents who did not want their children to participate in pool tests. Also appearing at the media conference were medical professionals who have been noted as corona skeptics.
The indictment states: The defendants are accused of violating basic medical negligence laws by allowing and administering the Covid-19 vaccine. A number of other charges are listed, including those of intentional or possibly negligent bodily injury, endangering life, homicide and abortion.
The plaintiffs' conclusion: "In the present case, we are dealing with the greatest injury to human health caused by pharmaceuticals that has already occurred, which has ever occurred in Switzerland."
These are the presumed damages: According to attorney Kruse, the harms range from circular hair loss, menstrual cycle derailment, polyarthritis, muscle weakness and chronic fatigue to the death of a 20-year-old person. Some of the six injured people listed are still unable to work, he said. The link to Covid 19 vaccination has been corroborated by expert opinion in five cases. In the case of the deceased person, the causal connection was to be proven on the basis of pathological examinations. However, these investigations have not yet been completed. This is what one of those affected says: The criminal complaint does not contain any personal names for reasons of personal protection. However, SRF was able to talk to one of the victims. Thi Mai-Trang Jost sees herself as a victim of vaccination; the 45-year-old is now in a wheelchair. She complains that she has to bear strong consequences from the vaccination: "I used to be alive, could hike, paint. Today I need help." She can no longer walk or stand properly, has swollen joints, and her whole body hurts. The case worker now works from her home office and receives support from Spitex. She experiences a lot of understanding from her employer and support from her family: "But I want my old life back." Asked about the criminal complaint, Jost says her goal is for Swissmedic to take responsibility. She accuses the agency of knowingly putting people in this situation. Swissmedic also provided too little information.
Swissmedic says: Nothing. It does not wish to comment on ongoing proceedings. The Federal Office of Public Health and the Federal Vaccination Commission also do not wish to comment.
This is how it continues: According to the plaintiffs, the cantonal public prosecutor's office, which has been called upon, has already opened the proceedings against the vaccinating doctors, who are still unknown.
