All the toilets on the International Space Station (ISS) are out of order. This has led to the fact that astronauts now have to use "diapers". This was reported by RIA Novosti on Wednesday, November 27, with reference to the NASA broadcast.

It's probably a hoax. In order to create such a precedent, to further promotion of the idea that astronauts flew to the Moon with "nappies" too:

Скорее всего это мистификация. Для того, чтобы создать подобный прецендент, для последующего продвижения идеи, что и на Луну астронавты летатали с "подгузниками".

Первый туалет на американском космическом корабле появился только в 1980-х годах.

I consider all this space crap to be hoax and fakery until it is proved otherwise. I usually disregard most anything that comes from NASA or such space agencies.

the astronauts set out optical corner reflectors on the surface of the moon back in the '60s. They are still there, and in principle you can aim a laser at them and observe the reflected light. You can't really see the dune buggies and other junk because they are too small, but the corner reflectors return most of the light that hits them.

(although you need a research observatory with a really big telescope to make this observation -- the reflectors are small compared to the size of the moon, and laser light gradually spreads and dissipates, so the reflection is faint)

Astronomers have been tracking the orbit of the moon to an accuracy of a centimeter or two, using the corner reflectors, since they were put in place.

and there are still some corner reflectors at the Apollo landing sites. maybe they could have been delivered by robot spacecraft. More recently, there are pictures of some of the landing sites, taken by lunar surveys. still not high enough resolution to perfectly verify the Apollo junk, but enough to see the disturbances from the astronauts' visits.

@J R i had a simple telescope - i looked at the Moon, i've never seen anything like it. And i do not trust the mass media and national corporations (NASA, Roskosmos, etc.). At the same time, i saw photos of the pavilions where the Nazi-controlled visit to the Moon was probably staged.

Guy Morand, a French resistance fighter who was a prisoner in Dora, testified in 1995 that after an apparent sabotage attempt:

The program was ended, because it cost too much to continue. A cheap way to get into orbit is still sought. . . interestingly, the best rocket engines are still made in Russia.

They are scrap metal at the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean, or perhaps some of them have been retrieved. But they cannot be used for a second flight.
