Add tag to image

Do you know why the "add tag" line was removed from the edit image form since #hubzilla 6.0?

I tried to revert this commit by adding dynamically the removed HTML code in the page, and it seems to work: the tag is added, and the image becomes searchable. The tag is correctly sync between clones.
