The Nganasan Shaman Demnime was 64 years old at the time. The documentary about Demnime’s incarnation ritual was completed 20 years later. The fifth and final documentary in Lennart Meri’s “Encyclopaedia Cinematographica Gentium Fenno – Uricarum” series.
